Kili Bracers - Hobbit Movie costume

Like most people who saw The Hobbit, my first thought upon laying eyes on Kili was, "Damn, that is one good-looking dwarf!"

Unlike most people, my second thought was, "I wonder if I can make those bracers."

The answer is yes, as much as is possible without metalworking anyway. (Metalworking: not a hobby my downstairs neighbors would like me to take up, I'm sure. The leatherworking is bad enough already.)
